Service Description
Students will learn ways to mount the lyra and will learn sequences moving under and inside the lyra. To test to the next level, students must be able to: 1. Invert from the ground and hold an inversion without hooking a knee 2. hold a double knee hang 3. hold a bent arm hang for 10 seconds 4. Get to the top bar
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a class or series up to four hours before the class begins. If you late cancel, you forfeit your payment for your class or series. In the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact Columbia Aerial Fitness at columbiaaerialfitness@gmail.com. For silks, sling, chains, lyra, flying pole, trapeze, rope, and our fitness classes, students are encouraged to wear clothing that covers their legs and arms. For chains, please consider wearing socks and bringing extra layers for your upper body. You may also consider purchasing weight lifting gloves for chains. For our Pole classes, please wear shorts.
